This bangers and mash is absolutely insane. If you love Italian sausage and mashed potatoes and a luxurious gravy, you will adore this recipe. It is easy to make and insanely delicious on all levels. I use spicy Italian sausage in this recipe, but feel free to use mild sausage. It will be just as good. The beef gravy is the best part in my opinion of the whole recipe. Recipe:

4 spicy Italian sausage

Mashed potatoes:

4 medium russet potatoes
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Milk to make it creamy (amount depends on thick you like your potatoes)

Gravy

2 tablespoons of butter
1 onion- chopped
3 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup of dry white wine
1 cup of beef broth ( I use the brand Better Than Bouillon) not sponsored but I love it
parsley for garnish (optional)
