If you go through kundalini awakening you must dissolve all struggle and submit fully to the energy. The suffering comes from the resistance. It wants to rewire the entire bodymind. You have to give in to it. Eat what it wants, do what it wants, act as it wants you to act. Eat watermelon to help and hydrate. Give up all harmful activities and behaviours. And even though you do gain powers, you only use it to serve the Divine. No ego traps must be fallen into. To be realised is to live in service to others.

Mars conjunct Uranus was prominent this last week but now if you're interested in Western Astrology, Mars is on the verge of changing signs into Gemini...and soon conjunct Jupiter. The lasr Full Moon was also conjunct Pluto (a higher octive of Mars) so hopefully this energy will become more beneficial as Mars meets up with Jupiter and eventually remains in a good aspect to the Sun.
