James heads out for an early evening walk from Newbiggin Townfoot. Leaving the road at Foul Sike, he makes a clockwise loop back alongside Bove Wood to the village, taking the steep track from Townhead up onto the high ground, heading south. After reaching Plantation Nook (just north of Croglin), he continues down the undulating track back towards the road at sunset.
