I've seen this apartment before, but I watched again because it's one of the better makeovers I've seen, especially by an amateur decorator. It's a pretty spacious one bedroom - bigger than my sister's place in Hollywood that costs about the same, so it seems like a decent deal to me in a high-end market. That foyer makes all the difference, I think. I love the eclectic mix of styles in this home. Everything works together so seamlessly to create a sense of the the couple's unique aesthetic.

Im sorry I did laugh at the "it is a true reflection of my husband and I's personality" and then I immediately see the picture frame that is empty and void and has nothing in it. Im like oh no thats not a good thing to say about your own personality 😭 but then I did realize that is probably a place holder and they are waiting to find something to fill it with, but it just was funny to me lmao
