I really like that she isn't completely sociopathic or apathetic and still shows some morality with itadori in the last scene and she was still capable of feeling shocked when she saw him get up from basically dying.

I like how she takes the time to confirm Yujis listening and tell him that the transfigured humans he fought didn’t die by his his hand, rather the technique that turned them. They’ve probably had 3 conversations and she still knew he’d be tore up about it

I really like thay she went out of her way to tell Yuuji that they died long before he had to put them down knowing how he's a young kid and would blame himself. She probably wished she could have helped Geto in a similar way back then 😢

The Geto situation impacted her as much as Gojo, but more subtly. Before Geto's first crime she was brighter and didn't smoke. Afterwards she smokes, is canonically an alcoholic, constantly has backs under her eyes showing she doesn't get much sleep, and even though she is a great doctor spends most of her time working with corpses.

Everybody got jaded and cynical when they graduated from jujutsu school. Everybody got a glow up too, god damn.
