Hi friends, in this video I show you how to make my recipe for these moist, delicious Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. We think these petite little muffins are one of the cutest ways to celebrate the flavors of autumn! The delicious combination of earthy pumpkin puree, chocolate chips, plenty of warm spice, and a tender crumb make these a scrumptious fall treat.
✨ To make regular-size muffins with this pumpkin muffin batter, fill your muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter and increase the baking time to 18- 20 minutes or until the toothpick test tells shows they are done!
