Vitamin K2 is the most vital vitamin you haven't heard much about. It is required for the proper formation of 100s of molecules and cells in your body, and for the proper storage/use of calcium. This video will tell you where to find it in your diet so your health can benefit.

Vitamin D is very important to overall health, but Vitamin D needs its buddy, Vitamin K2 to perform all its jobs optimally. Add the foods I talk about in this video to your diet and watch your health improve.

    1. Liver of any animal. 2. Egg yolks. 3. Beef, especially fatty cuts. 4. Chicken, especially dark meat with skin. 5. Real, fermented cheeses. 6. Pork, even processed cuts like pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. 7. Natto (fermented soybeans). Obviously, meat and eggs from pastured sources preferred.
  • This is a natural part of Cartibbean and African diet. My older family members, never in a nursing home, never weak and medicated. Granduncles still alive. 101, 103 years old respectively. They have not lost any memory. Going back home. My health is my wealth and no stress....Excellent Video

My doctor moved therefore I selected a new doctor and on my first visit she scolded me for taking K2+D3. She said no one needs to take any K vitamins that they were all blood thinners and I could have a stroke. I have an upcoming appointment with a new doctor.
  • Doctor Berry for the past two years YOU have given me the information that I’ve needed to turn my life around and lead a healthy pain free life. May God bless you sir. Thank you.

  • @twill1025
Thank you! I’ve been trying to find the foods with this. And didn’t realize I’ve been eating it all along with my ribeyes & eggs. 😉
  • New subbie here! Thank you for this video and I can confirm that as a chronic stone former, K2 DOES dissolves kidney stones. I went from having 2 lithroscopies and pretty frequent painful attacks to just about none and if I do get an occasional stone because I wasnt on my K2 routine, the pain is barely noticeable. Wish I had known this from my own doctor who prescribed super high amounts of D3 without the K2 which I believe is what started the stones. So much pain I could've avoided. Smh
  • This is helpful. Thank you. I make a list of the food sources for certain nutreints you present to us on a post it note and place it on my refrigerator. It helps.

Thank you Dr. Berry for explaining how to get the K2, through consuming dark cuts of chicken, also pork, and Egg Yolks. This will definitely help me to utilize Vitamin D3 fully, thank you !

I take a daily MK7 Vit. K2/D3 supplement, in addition to my regular intake of gouda, pasture-raised/grass fed ghee, tallow, meat, eggs & bone broth. Covers all the types of Vit. K2
