It's not a world Record until he does in a comp on a stage with calibrated plates 3 judges everything that goes with a sanctioned meet. If he was serious about the record he could easily makes it happen. He has competed in comps befor. He could very easily set something up. These gym lifts aren't gonna get passed off as World Records I'm sorry.
