    I can tell you I am not an emotional person, I have had an up bringing where I have never anything for myself which in result has made me a person that can not rely on themselves, I am a 21 year old man yet I feel like a 15 year old boy. this recording actually made me cry as I became self aware and this is the first time I have recognised my situation, I haven't cried in about 8 years, I feel like I'm going to wake up tomorrow and I'm going to be a changed man, the power of meditation and self awareness is truly magical and I think anyone that is withdrawn from their life or depressed or someone with anger disorders should experience this! thank you so much for creating this recording, you may have actually changed my life

    I have been practicing guided and non guided meditation for a couple of years. Last night was my first time doing a guided meditation that last for more than an hour. Your voice spoke to my subconscious like no other has done it before. This meditation was so powerful to me that something strange happened in my stomach (a sensation that in my 31 years of life have never felt before), I believe my pancreas moved, or popped while you were talking about anger in your meditation. I was very scared, I thought my illness had done something bad to my body again, but then it all felt good, save — and I am still wandering why my organs moved while I was doing this meditation. When you called me to wake up, I felt like something had change in my energy field. I have a powerful testimony of this guided meditation. Nothing has ever done what this guided meditation did to me last night. Thank you !!!— and I hope the universe rewards you with abundance. You do so good in life for others that I hope you get many blessings in return.

    I feel asleep with thus playing, my phone ran out of battery so my alarm didn't go off and I got ana amzing nights sleep, thank you I needed that :)

    For the first time in my life I have seen how should I felt and bring back the real me. This guided meditation helps your membrane to restructure again to its real purpose. Euphoria! This was first time feeling to than was I wasn’t expecting. To think that I was half through already 1:12:53 my body wants to sleep but I challenge my mind to stay awake to experience how this meditation went through, I was laying down like a sitting Buddha I didn’t notice I’m already in deep Hypnosis. A work of art my man! Bravo!

    Thank you so very much for the work you put out for others to enjoy. I have listened to this meditation every night for the past month and I have had such a peaceful and deep rest that it literally set my mind up to have a great day the following day. I work in sales and I am currently number 1 in my district this month and I'm hoping to get a promotion by the end of the month! I really truly believe that it is because of this meditation. it has helped ease my subconcious, it tamed my anxiety and helped my depression by helping me have a more positive outlook on life. I quit old habits that I'm not proud of and I'm enjoying more time with family. thank you for bringing the joy back in my life. -Namaste❤

  • That was one of the most powerful meditations that I have ever heard in my life.. I slightly woke up mid way and the messaging and instructions had me mind blown.. I tend to be picky turning new sources for my sleep meditation cause it’s not all good messaging and sometimes nightmares are a result. You clearly have good intentions and have tapped into your inner knowledge. You said things that put a lot in to perspective for me, I’m thankful. I’m most definitely a fan.

    My partner is a veteran too and I set him up with several meditation videos for anxiety, help sleeping and to help quiet his mind. They do help. I mix them up for him and there are three that I've set aside because they're favourites but I want him to try new ones as they become available. Thank you for this. There are times when I talk him down and while I"m grateful that it works, it's nice knowing these are here and can be used when I'm not here or as an aside.

    If u just let ur mind drift and actually listen to what this video is saying I promise you will not regret it. This is my first time ever meditating and I promise u once u do it, U will not want to stop. I feel refreshed and don't care to dwell or stress about the little things. I am excited for my future and love myself much more after this video. I did this for 37 minutes and cannot wait to continue before I go to sleep tonight. WOW JUST WOW.
