This sleep hypnosis for confidence is based on my belief that true confidence can only come from both knowing and accepting self. Lack of confidence comes from the belief that we need to be different, and therefore we lose our confidence by second guessing what we should say or do. The second part of this confidence session focuses on taking back power from what others may impose on you to be or to do, or the role to fulfill.

    I have been listening for about 3 weeks. I have noticed that I do feel different. This is the only thing I have been doing. I no longer feel anxious every time I interact with people. I have noticed that I am not criticising myself all the time. This is such a welcome change. I am finally beginning to accept myself as I am. WOW, thank you!

    I rarely comment, I had been doing an 8 hour dream hypnosis, but I don’t feel I sleep as deeply on it, so I doing this one last night. I slept like a rock, so deeply it was a bit hard to wake up even admittedly but once I did I can tell I feel much better, lighter in a way, not anxious at all so thank you 🙏🏼
