Water Fluoridation Has Poisoned Our Brains

I've been using fluoride-free toothpaste for about 2 years now. No dental issues. My main issue is the drinking water. I want to invest in one of those pitchers that removes over 90% of the fluoride from the tap. Reverse osmosis filtration system when I have my own house.

The saddest part is how it doesn't even really help teeth that much. It may reduce a couple caries but quality protein, vitamins and a good diet would do so much more for our kids teeth than "less cavaties" But when you find out even that small benefit (and it is arguable if it even is a benefit) can come from using Flouride in toothpaste... drinking it doesn't give you any greater benefit but it is where most of the harm comes from - Mind you I think ppl should be careful with Flouride toothpaste, don't use it everyday and make sure you kids spit and rinse their mouth with water several times. Using it once a week or fortnight would be better than every day. The most shocking thing about this story is how well educated people will totally ignore the science and just keep parroting the slogan of "safe and effective" like a robot. And it is shocking how do many smart people actually think putting toxins in the water is worth it if it reduces cavaties by 5% (Which drop btw happened in countries NOT using flouridated water. Nearly all countries say the drop in tooth decay from 1940's to today.

Last comment. It always enrages me how these people keep on with the plan many decades after the first evidence, or suggestion of harm. I'll never understand why they can't just say "New data came out and so we are changing our policy based on the new info. We will never be afraid to follow the science in order to protect the publics health" Most people will actually accept that. What people will not accept is being lied to decade after decade. They will not accept that the harm was known about for so long before any did something about it because then it has moved from an honest mistake with good intentions to a willfull attempt to hurt people. By not acting and accepting the black eye they now have to face a scandal that will either destroy them or destroy the publics trust in the authorities. I don't want to live in the 1980's Soviet Union where everyone knows the authorities are lying and it is just accepted as the norm.

Is there a way to get flouride out of your body or at the least reduce the flouride in your body

How do we detox from it? No amount of tap water is safe? What about showering and baths?

How do you deal with this though? Do you only drink coconut water and fruit juices? Or do you filter your water somehow?

Man we live in such a fucked up world. I already knew that tap water isn't very good for us but I didn't know it was this bad.

Distillation should remove all fluoride, right?

naturally occuring fluoride in well water is around 0.05ppm and tap water that has been treated can have 0.7 or more. is it healthy to regularly consuming 14x more fluoride than is natural? that is the real question

Could someone please explain if the 1400 ppm of sodium fluoride in my toothpaste might be a problem, should I look for a fluoride-free one?
