  • Coffee relaxes me, in fact sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night I will have a cup of hot coffee with salt and coconut creamer and I will conk back out for 4 or 5 hours

    Found this out the hard way, drank too much coffee daily and got sleep issues. Now just 1 cup in the morning and its all good. Great video as always

    as a follower of Dr Peats for 30 years coffee is one of the best things for you...Nice video! also a note ...be careful many cannot and should not take it black. mix with good amt of sugar and milk...also 2 things great for you!!!!

    The things coffee can do is stain your teeth, which can be solved by drinking water after. It can also disrupt iron absorption, but it really depends on people's iron levels.

  • I think i told you before that i had stopped coffee because after some time i start to get more negatives than positives. But im willing to try again, with the diferance that im doing a low carb diet and will consume less caffeine.
