Why can anyone walk up to a switch and derail a train???
-
If he did do it. Isnt messing with the rail road a federal crime?
-
No regard for human life. Send him to prison
-
WHATS WRONG WITH KIDS THESE DAYS!!!!!??????
-
"All you had to do was not derail the dang train, CJ!"
-
If that train had toxic hazardous chemicals in it that spilled, this 17 year old would deserve to be 25 years in prison or more
-
The railfanning community is cooked
-
Nah, that should be a TERRORISM charge. However, moving it to adult court is a step in the right direction.
-
I feel like they should also change him with "attempted murder" for the almost getting the train drivers killed
-
crazy how bro was so nonchalant about it too
-
THIS TEEN SHOULD BE MADE AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AS A TEEN IF YOU DECIDE TO BREAK THE LAW!!!
-
Kid is beyond stupid but for these switches to be able to just be flipped just like that is absurd. He shouldn’t have ever had the opportunity, I know what I’m doing if I ever go homeless.
-
capitol city rail productions is absolutely cooked.
-
how the hell a 17 year old can flip a switch wtf? dont they have security unbelievable.. how is trains in america 50 years behind rest of the world
-
A 17-year-old teenager waste his life doing dumb stuff cause of the destruction of that train high school teenager
-
Is there really just a simple type "Switch" sitting around out there like that to switch the tracks for trains ? Wow! 🤔🤯
-
Those young people has no empathy for lives nor people emotions it’s just too sad.
-
Send him straight to prison for attempted murder. Could have killed hundreds of innocent people including the train operator.
-
There is no evidence of the kid flipping any switch, he is only suspected of doing it because him setting his camera up before the train arrived is seen as suspicious. The thing is train spotters set their cameras up in all sorts of places, this could just be a coincidence.
-
He’s going to know the true meaning of train while he’s in prison
