I have always admired the F-16, itโs truly an incredible aircraft. I went to high school with a friend of mine whose father was head of the F-16 SPO at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. He was a Brigadier General at the time and was truly an admirable and honorable man, I will never forget him.

All my life I went to air shows and watched them fly. Now I fly an F-16 Thunderbird - it is a remote control airplane. I do many of the same airshow moves they do. It honors them and brings back good memories for me.

there is nothing in this country prettier than a red white n blue F-16, there is bigger n badder but none sweeter, saw my first Thunderbird Airshow in '86 been hooked every since, I love the Blue Angels but that flag colored Viper is a thing of beauty,

This takes me back to the great air show days. When money was no issue and all we cared about was a great show and our military and aviation. Air shows are changing and it may not be in the best way. But this video definitely hits me in the childhood.

@ 11:40 I've built those grips. They're pretty straight -forward but one switch is a real pain in the ass. Oddly enough I've also been an engine mechanic on these. I loves me an F-16. Can't seem to stay away.
