15 months ago, I was drug addicted, homeless, in jail, hopeless. At 30 days clean, I found this video. Every single morning since, I watch this video. It inspires my heart. I now have my own place, a career taking care of mentally disabled people, a car and I continue to upgrade my life. Finding this video was a pivotal moment in my life. I just wanted to thank you for putting this up. It helped change my life. ❤❤❤ Update: now I'm a Cognitive Behavioral Specialist, teaching people how to not go to prison!!! Next step is AODA counselor! 2nd update: closing on a house in THREE DAYS. First time I've ever been in this position!! I turn 42 in May and I'll own a home for the first time in my life!!

"No one cared who I was until I put on the mask" Such a simplistic quote and metaphor but it's true. No one gives a fuck about who you are until you try to make something of yourself and then people try to rip you down until you get to a point where the insults can't harm you anymore.

You know it's interesting, I never really thought of Bane's "I was born in darkness" speech as something motivational. It was always more... "Hey, I'm a badass who can trump batman" kind of thing. I really like the use of the villains speeches or words to derive motivation. It's a bomb video.

I am living off Motivational videos. Struggling to get into my dream profession, wont give up!

Last 6 year have been hardest and darkest of my life. The trust circle I thought I had was lost. Betrayed by my co-workers. Then slowly started to see cracks in my relationships with my family and friends. As I was there in their hard time but they walked away from mine. I saw that they never intended to be my safety net. They put me in debt, spread the darkest rumour to isolate me and told other family that I was the broken one when they put me in that situation. I didn't quit. I carried on and took each challenge one by one. I didn't answer my darkest demons because I didn't wanna be like them. I have always saw the light even when they tried to pull me down to darkest level. To be like them, to he evil like them and to become average like them. I knew how alone I really was. I had to change things for myself. Just a freak who treated me like a leper. I had to see the potential. I've gotten through harder things alone and isolated. Their words gave me clues but chose to be deaf.
