The most important aspect of the expanded fuzing and weapons settings is what comes from it. Fuze settings matter because of the effect on target. Changing all those settigns only for the 3D model change would be patently useless. If DCS will expand to simulating the impact and damage variation as a function of fuzing that's great. But that's a very long time in the future, if ever.

I'm looking forward to the weapons' updates. I like how they plan to make different models for Air Force and Navy variants of bombs with fuzes and nose plug variations. I also like the air intake covers for the F-15E!! Keep up the great work on these updates.

Drawbacks of VR: Having to physically turn. I'm almost 40 with a bad neck... dogfighting for 2 minutes is a workout XD Zoom is.... disgusting. Though at this point I believe it goes against the point of the realism aspect and think it's kinda cheating (our eyes can't zoom like that irl lol) If you want the immersive experience though it's definitely the way to go

I started using vr about a month ago and I canโt stop flying.

I noticed a huge boost in performance after the updates and I'm getting 90-120 fps in DCS with high graphics settings all of a sudden with my Crystal and 4070ti. It's a great update! So smoooth.

13:16 The joystick looks like a Virpil with a different shell. Same buttons, same positions for the buttons and same general shape.

I think you are going to lose your bet and give away 2 x Phantom modules - if you listened to the end of the Intro video, they said after the Flight Model video, they would be looking at Weapons, the Radar, Jester AI, the Crew Chief feature, and MORE, including Cold Start procedures. As we are already on 3 Mar 24 and they are pushing out one video per week, AND winter ends on 20 Mar 24, that would take us into Q2 of 2024 for actual release of the F4 LOL - happy to take one of those F4's

In VR I have left and right click and scroll on my hotas, doing away with having to assign controls, just look at the button and click saves hours of assigning controls. Does away with all my button boxes completely.

Hopefully the expanded fusing options are a sign of DMS card options/simulation soon. DiCE is good but still trips IC, and other options would be great to have always set

Thank you for the news... the map of Syria... the maps I will have to update. As soon as it is finished, an update of frequencies and airports begins. At work ! Chabal was a butcher! I played 15, I prefer Dan Carter !
