    I grew up in Connecticut and in many of the town and cities there are old buildings like that. Most of them were factories from the early part of the 20th century. My friend was a city historian, and showed me some houses that were hundreds of years old. I love all of that old architecture. I grew up in the 60's and 70's and back in those days, those buildings were either still in use or simply not that old. My grandparents and great-grandparents had all sorts of furniture that they were still using as common furniture, that now go for big money as antiques. Pretty cool stuff!
