This is is all so cozy, cute, welcoming, & super functional. Omg, the view is second to none! I wonder if the windows open at all or if there is a balcony ( not that I’d want to go out on it, at that height :(

The view from the living room is great! Screaming "New York" with the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building and those water towers....Would love to live there....

Yeah I wouldn't like that. I once had an apt and I was on the fourth floor. No elevator. There was one washer/dryer for the entire bldg. I had to walk up and down four flights of stairs to do laundry and that was if the unit was available. Never again!
