Former SPD officer files $20M claim against city of Seattle over wrongful termination

In the claim, Auderer claims the SPD leaked false information concerning "wrongfully initiated disciplinary proceedings as well as my personal information, including my home addresses." Auderer also claims he was wrongfully terminated by the department, noting the decision was retaliatory due to his union leadership.
Auderer cited personal reputation harm, wrongful termination, and mental pain and suffering under the injury section of his claim. Auderer is seeking $200,000 annually in the aforementioned claim.

I understand what he did was wrong that he should be terminated for however why did that individual run out in front of the car with less than 50 feet while the patrol car had its lights and sirens on that has yet to be answered and sadly that insurance companies estimate a persons life on their age and value of what they do to give a dollar amount on a personal life
