I’m more surprised at how calm and unbothered the mother was than the calf

If you have a keen eye, you see when the baby turn to leave, the lioness advances, so the baby turns back head on with the lion. The baby is already smart, knowing the lion might not attack while face on. Smart kid haha.

You could definitely see the 'wheels' turning in the lioness's mind. I'm glad that in the end she decided against it. I also think that because the baby was so calm and showed no signs of fear, the lioness thought better of it. Momma rhino was near by after all. Great video!
