- being aware that you are going through it.
- finding the cause of this mindset.
- seeking counseling
- group therapy
- sharing your fears with those you trust.
- applauding yourself
- taking risks
- collecting facts about your achievements.
- making mistakes.
- overcoming perfectionistic tendencies.
- self-compassion
- spending time alone.
- writing down your fears.
- learning to take compliments ( saying thank you when someone compliments you)

    Mam mental ilness pe har koyi yaha baat nahe karta hai agar logo mai hoti b hai wo khul k baat nahe karte wo shameless feel karte hai yaha tak apne gar walu se b chupate hai isliye aise wakiyat hotey hai jaise sucide other other cheeze ek cheez maine kashmir se bahir dekha waha ispe baat karte hai isme awareness karte hai isme educated hote hai apas mai loog support karte hai groups banate hai wo hesitate nahe hotey discussions karte hai knowledge gain karte hai docters k pass jate hai unk pass opinion rakhte hai unka treatment lete hai but yaha aisa kuch b nahe hai aur ocd illness jo hai wo differents tarah ki hoti patients main aur sabhi lag bag treatment to lete honge mager har koi ocd ko pura treat nahe kar pata kisiko ocd chronic ban jati hai wo fir mayus hota hai usko lagta hai aisa mai ab thk nahe ho skta uske liye kaise treatment proper kya ho skta hai har koyi ocd ko proper control nahe kar pata na hi deal kar pata puri life struggle mai hota hai na family support na social support uspe apna opinion rakhey??
