    The real meditation here is to be aware of the person coughing and not be bothered by it 😄👌🏼

    the meditation being interrupted twice with advertisements + coughing was the real spiritual lesson.
  • I found that the person coughing actually became part of the clouds that was thoughts passing by and soon it really just disappeared out of my focus on being aware. This was great ❤️

    I know that coughing is a forced body reaction. It is because this lady was coughing, that I could choose to be free. When I chose to be free, I started crying. So thank you coughing lady, I know your body forced you to cough, and so does everyone else. Thank you again..

  • It was easy because a permission was given to not have to push out yr thoughts...but you can be aware of thought positive/ negative. Aware of body and where you are in that space. I always thought that you had to Blank out yiur mind in order to be 1 with or have a sucsessful meditation session. So that was really nice 2know...
