I lost 150lbs in three years. The last two and a half years I have been WFPB and will never go back. Dr. Barnard is one of my WFPB doctors who saved my life. I love you Dr. Barnard and God Bless you. ❤️
  • I love the calm and kind demeanor of Dr. Barnard as he imparts his knowledge. That alone gives me a yes to committing to a healthier version of me at 62 and 240 lbs. Thanks a ton 😊 See you on the next video. ❤ 🙏🏿

I am the only vegan in my family and I do love to watch The Exam Room and read Plant Based News and other things like that so I know I'm not alone and I always learn something new. So thank you very much gentlemen 😊.
  • Chuck is so good at this job. He does such a nice presentation of the questions.
  • Thank you Chuck & Dr. Barnard! I am a 61 year old woman originally from Detroit living in Yokohama, Japan for the last 36 years. I have lost a total of 6 kg ( about 13 lbs ) since I've been here. We eat so many kinds of vegetable & rice here; not a lot of fats like nuts & seeds . My triglycerides has gone down from over 200 down to 147. According to my Dr ( who worked at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor) I am very healthy!

Thank you both for your tireless work in educating us all for a better a life. Once a person goes entirely plant-based, the results within just a few weeks make them KNOW it’s the right thing to do. You just FEEL BETTER almost immediately. ❤️
  • Love Dr. Barnard: he's science-based, reasonable and compassionate.

Even as a vegan I did overeat. I am still slim at 55 but I am really practicing not overeating and even goi g to bed with an empty stomach Excellent way to stay slim.

Dr. Barnard is right. I don't have a network, so I watch the exam room which acts as my accountability partner. I even mentioned it in a comment on another video. It's working. I'm getting more consistent and loosing weight. I have also started attending the PCRM cooking classes once a month to stay encouraged and taste new PCRM recipies! 😋

Having control of what food is in your environment is what I find most helpful. I'm fortunate that my household is vegan and I work from home. When we moved across the country to be near family we lived with my parents for a few months and ate so much accidentally vegan junk food because it was there. Edit: It's much easier to resist junk food once or twice a week at the store then every time I open the fridge.
