Let's get down onto our mats today and give our pelvic floor and deep core muscles a little love.
Pelvic floor muscle training can help anyone looking to strenghten their uterus, bowel and bladder. Whilst doing these exercises try to squeeze your pelvic floor (as if you were holding in your pee) to intensify the workout.
We are also targeting the muscles supporting our pelvic floor (glutes, legs and core).
I would say this is a beginner friendly workout as it's pretty slow and the movements aren't too complicated.
***For BEGINNERS: instead of doing the V- Sit, lay down on your arms and do the same leg movement
