Is rate of Narcissism or Narcissistic Personality disorder high in Kashmir?

As an empath I am dealing with a narcissist from 10 years who lives in my village ,he was one of my friends. He is extremely abusive .These people make everyone extremely uncomfortable around them including their family members. They are very evil with zero empathy. Their happiness increases by making other people uncomfortable! They are like energy vampires who sucks your positive energy. They are abnormally super egoistic and is extremely difficult to deal with them. Here the interesting thing is you can't prove them wrong no matter how much you try .That's why these people are unobserved . They also manipulate people's mind. They are highly intelligent and they know how the human mind works and are sometimes known as dark psychologist s. In our kashmir valley they are in abundance but due to the arrogance of kashmiri people they avoid this topic and live in vein. So good to see you talking about narcissism.
