my grandfather just bought me fpv 1, I am now learning, considering i really need speed above 100km/h fpv was a choice, also its more stable in strong wind so i went for fpv, I hope that I have chosen well, anyways time will show

The Avata2's specs in such a small chassis is perfect for my jetski excursions! Excellent review!

Ok for a newb who has both or can't decide which to go with. It only depends what you are trying to capture. Tight spaces and short rides then Avata 2 is the way to go. Having both I feel my FPV needs are met and I'm covered for whatever I need to capture. Good video by the way glad to see someone cover this topic.
  • @digiflyer1420
You done very well on that topic. professional & experience pilot in wider place FPV really good. Filming small and tighter place you need avata2 for beginner & experience pilot
  • @tabadrone
Very top. Liked from Brazil. All the best for you.

Great video review - Thanks !!

Thanks for the comparison. While I have never flown an Avata, i have guessed what you described in your video. I will probably not get an Avata 2 then. I don’t mind the extra weight of the FPV as it is quite unique with its powerful motors.

Excelente comparativa, gracias, perfecta pronunciación del inglés!

I love the original fpv for the simple fact that it rips even in tough wind, and this is in sports mode, without even going manual. The smaller avatar drone doesn't do well in wind
  • @kalana5005
Clean and on the topic. You should make more videos 🍻
  • @YTFPV
Nice video . I love all of them it all depend on where i fly and what i want to film. I live in the city so the FPV is only for my trip otherwise i fly Avata 2 and Flywoo explorer two drone that are not too loud and doesn't attract attention and safer around people. 😉 Also the Avata go place that no other drone would. I would probably add a tiny cinewoop for indoor or super small park near my house.

I bought the Avata 2 for my birthday. I haven't had a break from work yet though. I need a backpack like that.
  • While I remember I love flying the FPV freestyle and was wondering if you can share your settings for it, regards from Alicante Spain
  • I have all 3 of the DJI FPV style drones and I flew all of them today. I flew the original Avata last and it made me laugh how brick like it is compared to the other 2 models. I couldn't let off the throttle very much or it just drops. Its great for hitting small gaps though. Obviously the potato is the most powerful and Ive never gotten it to do a yaw tumble like I have with the Avata models. It definitely handles the wind the best out of the three. But when it comes to the Avata 2, I wouldn't consider it under powered per say. It handles the wind pretty well in my experience and is fairly acrobatic within the cinewhoop style limits. The camera is so good on it and combined with the goggles 3 I think the clarity is quite a bit better than the potato and the integra goggles. All I know is I got into FPV this year and I am having an absolute blast!
  • @pmbailey
I have the DJI FPV, Avata and Avata 2. The Avata 2 is much better than the Avata, but they're both completely different than the flying potato. Like you said, I'm too scared/worried to take the FPV down low or through tight gaps, but I love hauling ass at a higher altitude. With the Avatas, I'm usually lower than the trees. Different kinds of fun.
  • @LandOverview
You summed it up right, I think solution is to take friend (mule) with you and slip some gear into their backback too.
  • @mlhoudelot
New subscriber! Nice video;) keep inspiring bro.
  • Great video. My favourite thing about this video is discovering in the comments that I own a flying potato.
