This is solid advice. I would like to reiterate it is VERY important to avoid seed oils. People doing keto often think these oils are ok in dressings or for cooking. You must absolutely remove these oils from your diet
  • It might be a good idea to eliminate olive oil and avocado oils. Not because they are bad for you, but because it turns out that many olive oils and avocado oils are really not what they claim to be. The manufacturers lie about the oil, and use soybean and other oils to mix with them to lower the cost. You can't trust many corporations to be honest about the ingredients of their products... Also, it turns out that many artificial sweeteners don't add calories, but they do cause an insulin response, so it will slow your weight loss. Aspartame, sucralose both do this. Liquid stevia does not, so drink that if you are trying to lose weight. And leaf based teas can also slow weight loss too.

Not having carbs is not so good if you're an athlete, In the gym and when I was on keto was horrible, even after taking my electrolites
  • Chicken, pork, and turkey fat can be good quality, but good luck finding any with ease, cause it will not be in the supermarket, not even Whole Foods or places like it sell truly pasture raised, properly fed pork, at least to my knowledge. You have to get it from a local farm

You say no potato, but I think I will keep this one. Potato is gift from mother Earth. She say it is least she can do.

What would you recommend people like me who's perma stuck at 20% bf? I can literally eat anything and I won't go over 20%, nor will I sustain lower bf for very long. Keto is not an option as I don't like eating a lot of meat

4:35 - my Darling Wife chomps on steamed/microwaved broccoli and cauliflower all day. She loves the stuff. Microwave the broccoli until they turn bright green and no longer; who wants mushie broccoli. Cauliflower is harder to do and just takes experience to get a cooked, crunchie nosh...

Zucchini isn't really that high in carbs right? Numbers vary but carrots and onions are usually 2x higher
