That last part should've been saved for the theaters. Holy shit that would've been a good scare.

That last shot, I was expecting the lady to just boringly crouch down to the window, but NOPE. Awesome scare.

This movie was definitely better than I expected it to be, focusing on mental health and trauma as much as the horror elements, and I really liked the ending.

Just seen this today, I'm a HUGE fan of horror movies, and I'd say that this is one of the best in years. Definitely a must watch!
  • The marketing team fucked this up… they should’ve saved that last jump scare for the actual movie. That was really good.

One of the best elements of terror and horror is incorporating seemingly common, everyday occurrences that everyone encounters and presenting them in a fear-inducing way i.e. darkness, sleep, even things like time and numbers; it’s the association with fear that creates horror. People smiling at you? Every day. Good job on that idea

This movie was phenomenal, the music, the actors, the cinematography, the story, I just had a great time. I went home and had to sleep with the TV on watching miniature baking videos because the smiles and jumpscares were unsettling.

I saw an early screening of this last night and it was excellent. I hate that the trailer gave away a great scare, but there’s plenty of other good stuff (especially in the first two acts) that absolutely won me over. Coming from a horror fan, I highly recommend…definitely a benefit if you watch in a theater

As someone who was raised on horror, nothing ever creeps me out anymore. The last movie that actually scared me was It Follows. But even just the trailer has given me two dreams (one of which left me incredibly started). I’m really looking forward to watching this when it comes out.

I think this is a real phenomenon in a way. I always got creeped out and irritated when annoying people would give a fake smile and show all of their teeth. 😰

I don’t get scared very easily by movies, but this trailer alone is truly haunting. I’m so excited to see the full movie <3
  • that part when she’s in the car & homegirls head did a little flip flop, oooo that sent goosebumps down my spine.

From the beginning of this trailer with her smiling, my body got “pins-&-needles” all over. This movie will be really good, I hope the ending doesn’t disappoint. I loved that movie “it follows” and this seems to be a similar production

The ending of the trailer it's so good!!! When you hear that crack of her neck snapping and just her head falling down to look at your soul it gives me the chills and the smile is so good too also kinda creeps me out but it's still good 👍

That last part scared the fuck out of me I was not expecting that😭

Just saw this and fuck me. I’ve never been more scared in my life. So so many tense scenes and unavoidable jump scares, along with creepy as hell imagery and music. Can’t wait to watch it again
  • I went to see this opening weekend and it did NOT disappoint. I went to see it alone and had a whole lane to myself so that helped it but it took everything you know about horror and flips it on its head. Absolutely stupendous movie and I highly recommend it to horror fans everywhere!
