Hi Ray, hoping you feel better. Just be careful if you get any trolls with negative comments. If you do ensure you block the sender immediately. I have similar mental health issues as you as know what impact it can have on oneself.

You may have something similar to a broken penis, which can happen with overly vigorous sex. You need a trauma surgeon MRI, it's disgusting the VA aren't sorting it out for you. I'm not sure about the US Medicaid system?

Sounds like you may need to see a urologist. Maybe start with going to the emergency room? They can run tests on you.

The VA should be figuring all of this out for you. Your in need as if said to both urgent mental and medical help. I'm struggling to understand. Are they refusing you help or more less blowing you off? The other day your concern was dying . You have to figure out or have someone to help you come up with a plan. If it's help scheduling, knowing what to do next please get working on this right away. Remember we cannot keep doing the same old things and expecting different results. Right? So time to do things differently.

Where in Oregon do you live? Do you have family in the area that might be able to help? I only know Gresham and Beaverton. I'm sorry for everything that you were going through.

Hi again. Can you say where exactly your pain is.? Is it inside scrotum? OR is it on each side of the scrotum or maybe one side.? Sounds like a twisting of the chords in that area. Please see a doctor for an exam. Only then will you know what is causing the pain. You said pain is less when you lie down and not while standing. Tell Doctor this. Good luck, Raymond.
