    Since getting up a 4 am my life couldn't be more different I've lost 5 and a half stone I'm running 3 miles a day 7 days a week and ride 16 miles a day to commute to work I've stopped taking drugs and alcohol I sleep better I quit smoking ive quit caffeine I've done all this after a breakdown at 43 change starts today and from within!!!
  • Hey y’all After listening to this speech, it’s great if it works for you, if going to bed early and waking up early works for you and helps you feel motivated, that’s seriously awesome. But also if your not that type of person, if going to bed early and waking up early is hard, don’t beat yourself up for it. Many of us come from many different paths of life, some of us work late , some of us stay up late studying, some of us stay up late taking care of family, and allowing yourself to sleep when we’re tired is very important. We’re not just programmable robots who can just decide we want to wake up at a certain time everyday and just do it. We’re biological beings and we drain our own energy and sleep is an important healthy way to restore it. Also if you decide you want to wake up earlier at a time like 4 am, but you’re the type of person who doesn’t usually wake up til 9 or 10, you need to make the adjustment gradually, and it can take weeks if not longer to make that change. Your circadian rhythm, your body’s internal biological clock needs to take time to adjust to changes such as what hours of the day and night that we’re sleeping. Just be a good person, focus on your dreams, we don’t need to be like Elon musk or mark zuckerberg to feel good about ourselves just take good care of yourself and you’ll be okay. And it’s important to sleep when you’re tired, it’s your body telling you that you need to restore your energy. Sacrificing sleep all the time can literally shorten your life because it’s sleep that boosts mental health and immunity from diseases. If you believe that you’re not getting enough sleep or you feel like you’re sleeping too much and you’re having a hard time adjusting to a better sleep schedule, call your doctor. Sleep is important. Taking care of your body is important. Also YOU are important. Believe in yourself and your passions and you’ll be alright even if you’re not the type of person who can wake up super super early every single day. peace and happy holidays to everyone ❤

    since I've been watching this video everyday, I actually wake up 4am everyday and study for 5 hours and then later on that same day i'll study for a next 5 hours. I am studying hard to go to medical school and one day I will look back and say I'VE MADE IT. Edit: Thank you all for so many likes, really appreciated it.

    I wake up at 3 am / 4 am usually. 1. Use the washroom 2. Read a chapter of a book 3. Drink a glass of warm water lemon juice 4. Do yoga for 20 mins 5. Go to gym 6. Meditate for 10 mins

    I do not usually comment on videos but this video has a significance in my life. I watched this when I was at high school. I started waking up at 4am and going to library before school started, even though this looked mental for some people. Now, I’m in University of Manchester with the scholarship that I earned thanks to my first place at high school. Once you start waking up earlier, you feel like your day is more than 24 hours, this is for real. You feel like you have a head start when you see other people waking up later because you know that you have already accomplished a lot of stuff. This is the biggest motivational effect of waking up earlier. This isn’t a feeling that you can have by accomplishing things late at night. Special thanks for this video 🙏🏼
