A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 Reaction

2022 just wrapped up. BTS added 124 new awards in 2022 bringing the total tally to more than 800. And all they released was a compilation album.

The top 5 copyrighted in South Korea are: Ravi (VIXX)/215 songs, RM (BTS)/187 songs, PSY/181 songs, G-Dragon (BIGBANG)/174 songs, and Zico (Block B)/158 songs

Sorry for this long comment: 7:46 yeah I am sure all the people who mistreated them in any way are kicking themselves now…also I wanted to mention that BTS literally went around the normal ways to get big in Korean because of mistreatment, the other companies and media would block them or not talk about them, etc. Even to this day in Korea their are very few articles or shows that will talk about BTS and their achievements and if they do they talk about it in a way that makes the look bad. For example: BTS became the first Korean act/artist to be nominated for the Grammys but the media worded that they failed to make it into the companies. Also BTS are brand ambassadors for Samsung but you won’t see a lot of BTS picture or anything in the Korean Samsun stores (according to xceleste who just went to South Korea). Their google (Naver) in SK hardly writes anything about BTS in SK. So basically BTS are super popular everywhere but not as much in SK because they don’t get the media attention, support, etc. that other groups get that are apart for the Big3 companies today…hopefully this makes sense (ARMY if you have a better way of explaining feel free to write it down) 9:48 just so you know they do a lot more genres or mix genres that are listed but she was kind of summarizing it 9:57 also I wanted to mention a fun fact: BTS are the first SK artists who actually wrote/sang/rapper and named a mental disorder/disease like depression, OCD, anxiety….(not sing about it but actually name the disorder whatever you would call it by it’s actually name)!!! Also BTS very first debut song literally was about how you should fight for you dreams and work hard them but realize that some dreams don’t need to go to school or be the top person in the class. Which is/was seen as rebellious but they wanted to talk about their experiences and talk about things they thought needed talking about at their age. They wanted kids to create/have a dream and tell them to go do it and work for it despite it not being popular or the normal things or even if you feel pressured to do something else…(hopefully this makes sense). 14:03 RM is one of the best leaders EVER, in my opinion. I could write books about him but I will just write a little. RM had a way of bringing out the best of others around him and let them shine without being the center of attention. He is amazing and pushing and waning his team to do their best. He is amazing at letting the other members strive to do their part and not try and do everything himself (while I think this is something he had to learn along the way). RM has a way of inspiring people. He truly loves and UNDERSTANDS every member. Anyways basically Namjoon for president lol. 15:37 he dropped his first OFFICIAL solo ALBUM. It is called Indio. I HIGHLY recommend listening to it. RM encouraged us to listen/read the songs in tracklist order (especially the first couple listens). He explained that album is an archive of his twenties and what he wanted to show/tell ARMY about himself. I recommend Indigo Magazine Film on BangtanTV where he talks about each song and the collaborators talk a little too. BTS members mixtapes are free to fan. RM has two mixtapes and just released the first solo album12/2/22. Suga has two mixtapes and he said he will release his album next year before he enliste to mandatory military service. This video is the best! But I just want to point out that even tho it's "accurate as of May 2022" It's still not updated because with BTS you basically can't have an updated version for a long time. If you want an accurate update of BTS you would have to add another 5 Minutes every other week because they are working so much that they achieve something new every other week. For example as of May till now, they again released multiple solo albums, other projects, won many awards and broke records. Update: as of Dec 2022, BTS hold the record of the 4th most awarded artist in the world with +800 awards. But awards and first places are stolen from them. As for the rappers that called them girls.... people console themselves for not being successful by convincing themselves they are the genuine authentic artists. The members that have masters degrees , they are all connected to the business side of music
