omg perfect timing i just finished my "embracing change" guided meditation and now i have des showing her own changes to help motivate me to keep going <3 loving this series. its very hard for us anxiety girlies to get out there and do a lot of this stuff that some people probably take for granted as no big deal. i appreciate you sharing your experience!
