Don't worry about your weightloss. It's a journey. I spent months playing with my diet to dial it in to lose weight. A no weight change is better than a weight gain.

Staying the same=NO WEIGHT GAINED. And you are dealing with an injury. Baby steps. Just remember you didn’t pack on all these pounds overnight so just keep working towards your goal!

Hey Brother health and weight loss is 70% intake. I might have missed if your recording this data but just to let you know what I’m using. MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch 3. My goal is to burn more then I intake everyday. I’ve got pain issues in my issues knees so I haven’t been able to exercise like I used too. That said my eating habits are still allowing me to loose inches. This is “a” way not the way. It works for me might not work for you but just wanted to put that out there for you. #perspective #neverquit
