    One quote that has helped me push through.... Don't stop when you're tired, Stop when you're done.... Maybe it could help you too

    My husband casually told me this comment when I was starting my running journey: "You can do anything for five minutes." I now love gaslighting myself with this quote... I will tell myself I can do ANYTHING for five minutes... Ten minutes... An hour... It has really helped me in many parts of my life!

    Not exactly tired but anxiety and pressure that I won't complete everything on time And when I get anxious I start panicking and done.. I will do nothing on that day.. Game over😭
  • "Here's some advice for all of you." 1. No matter what, do not leave social science for last moment. Too many chapters will overwhelm you at that time. 2. No need of reference books for theory subjects. If you want to use reference books or question banks then stick to any one of your choice. 3. Give sufficient time to language subjects as well as other main subjects. 4. Weekly revision is vital. 5. Study atleast 2 hours a day. 6. Do not compare yourself with others and don't let them demotivate you. 7. Make sure to have proper food diet so you have energy to work. 8. Pay attention in lectures. 9. You can refer to other people's note but make your notes for yourself. 10. Prepare for tests properly.

    I am afraid of the time, time gets me tired. Growing up taught us that time is running out of our hands and to catch it, we must run for it (sometimes even faster).

    To anyone struggling with studying and mental health: be gentle to youself, try to appreciate every little progress. Try to really rest even if that may be hard for you, it will get better. Try to reduce screen time, move your body, even if it's just a little walk. And try to look at the things you need to learn with curiosity instead of pressure. Also I recommend watching this video: “how to study, when you are struggling with mental health” by fayefilms. All this can be very hard if you're struggling, I find it really hard very often. But dont give up and think you're just lazy or beat yourself up for not being good enough. You are good enough! You're brain just keeps telling you otherwise. Try to make little changes in your routine and your mindset. It's not a quick fix but it can definetly change your life, little by little! Good luck with you journey! <3

    When i sit down for study I don't know i dont feel like studying i feel so pressurized, overwhelmed...etc etc ...then idk what to study....i was a A'. Student in my high school but afterthat now im preparing for nursing...i feel so confused and I'm procrastinating all day idk its only 2 months left I haven't prepared anything i feel like crying

    I don’t like this video, but it’s not because of you. It’s just that I don’t think anyone should be supporting that idea that being tired is something you gotta ignore and push through. If you let being tired become something that’s your fault and that you need to combat, you are participating in this toxic productivity culture that seems to be getting worse and worse. I don’t live in the US and I could never, I don’t understand why you guys don’t revolt. Life is much more than work and college. Being tired shouldn’t be your default mode. Go get some sleep.
