Necrotic + Arcane needle = infinite unravel on the enemy (enables Courage fragment for teamates and yourself) as long as u damage them every few seconds (similar to GotD boss cheese). And Star-eaters of course.

I got Euphony now so hoping for a Apotheosis + Star-Eater. I got Inmost + Starfire, and IF Radiant counted for Starfire as Empowered (which it SHOULD), that regen could be nice.
