My theory on what happened with bounce bounce tigger. (I don't have all the info needed because we weren't shown 9-11 volts), is just a basic chip overheat error as at the end of tigger section where he blew up tigger's components, we can see that everything that handles tigger's actions and audio seems to be on 1 chip, so when it heats up due to high voltage, it would lead to the chip going nuts slightly like billy bass, however, it's a slower process, so my guess is that if left at say 10 volts for a while, it would show signs of slowdown, and to furter solidify my theory is the 12 volt restart section.
