All these customers haven't a clue ! The security has every right to detain a shoplifter , period!! If the person trys to bolt they can use any force necessary to detain them ... Same as a police officer

This is the problem. Thieves getting the sympathy of people and telling them to leave them alone and let them go.... This is why it is a massive problem. We need consequences in this society
