Would you mind sharing your tap water parameters (like GH and ph)? Also; does your tap water have chloramine? Most places suggest only using RO or distilled/spring water but you’re clearly doing something right so I’d love to know more. I noticed some people suggesting even Artemia having higher hatch rates in tap water vs distilled; people mentioned that chlorine could be helping to break down the egg shells. Would love to know more; thanks for the channel and for sharing all that you’ve learned!
  • Can you elaborate on the topsoil and compost aspect somewhat more? I'm worried about a ammonia spike and I never seen compost being used in any other aquarium setup besides branchiopods
