The Japanese aren't being used as shields. Many of them expressed their dislike of ACS not because they hate black people, but because of how Ubisoft is handling their history. True story. Mid 2010’s I had worked my way up pretty high in a big company. I was a regional director. I reported to a Vice President. She was a woman. Loved her, fantastic boss, brilliant and tough. Literally said to me day ONE. Day ONE. Never be alone in a room with a female coworker. Never have conversations especially let’s say a termination or criticism without a witness present. So. It’s not misogynist it’s protective.
