Horace looks younger today than in the 90's.

Just to be clear MJ avg 31ppg 6rpg 4apg 2.5spg 2bpg on 47%FG 23% 3FG 80%FT in that 95’ six game series vs Orlando after coming back from playing baseball just a month or two earlier. He lost and had some bad plays, but Simmons got a little carried away tryna act like he played bad.

One of the most underrated players ever. He was a solid part of so many championship teams.
-
Horace just comes across as a super nice, keeping it real kind of dude. Always liked him as a player too. 👍
-
I think Horace and BJ drink the same youth juice!
-
Horace always one of my favorites ! Saw him so many times play and great memories!

I would take 94 Horace over 97 Rodman. Sure, Rodman was a better athlete and averaged more rebounds, but Horace won’t give the opponent a few technical free throws or get ejected a few games a year. Horace also had an automatic 18 footer around the top of the key.

In that series Rodman averaged 16.0 rebounds a game..... against Shaq and Grant. Unreal
-
Horace Grant , solid forward 🏀
-
I always loved Horace grant
-
I actually like the way Horace presented himself here. I appreciate the honesty and transparency.
-
They didnt mention DENNIS RODMAN being added to that BULLS team in the 1995 1996 season , is what pretty much formed them into a JORDAN, PIPPEN , RODMAN - (BIG - 3 SUPERTEAM)
-
The Magic was more of a high caliber team when they got Horace, The Bulls had to step up they arsenal that year when Jordan came back. If you noticed around after 93 - 94 season
-
I love how this interviewer says Jordan "was terrible in that series." Also Jordan in that series averaged 31ppg 6 reb 4 assist. That was Jordan being terrible kids.
-
4:19 Jordan took it personally.
-
Grant had a rough position to play against Barkley, Malone, McHale, Laimbeer, Oakley, and Kemp.
-
Write that book Horace! I would be the first to buy it.

Rodman was the difference clearly, the Bulls weren't going far with Kukoc at the PF spot. The Magic also had numerous injuries throughout that series, but I don't believe they would've won at full strength anyway the Bulls saw how the Rockets defended them and were able to use the same defensive scheme. All the injuries probably did was shorten the series.

That's what sets MJ apart from the divas. Winning was the only thing that mattered.
