I am a Buddhist from Texas, USA- When I found these wonderful Buddhist teachings, I felt I had reached my home and my life views made sense. Before that I felt crazy, my ways seemed at odds with the regular world and its philosophy. Now I know I have practiced it before in another life time and carried over those lessons.
