None of my doctors has ever mentioned to me that a lack of bile could increase blood pressure. My high blood pressure has always been a mystery. I guess the mystery has been solved.

I have routine slow elimination and Drs always said drink more water and eat more fiber, didn’t work ever. I can’t believe how often I mentioned my stool was yellow or tan. There answer was , that’s just what your eating.

I have the lot! Diarrhoea, cramps, blood pressure problems, deranged liver function tests. I have been asking doctors for years about the persistant abnormal liver function tests with no response! The chronic loose stools. Nothing except to do colonoscopy. As a result of what I now believe is bile problems, I have severe bone loss with severe fractures, due to absorption problems. You can’t have diarrhoea for years and not have consequences. Our digestive system is huge in how we feel. Especially if we are not getting the nutrients we need from our food. Chronic headaches too. Thank you for this podcast! Now I have the proof I need to address the problems my poor liver has been dealing with. And maybe get some relief.
  • Have some of these issues and even tho I’ve been to functional docs and naturopaths, this issues has never been addressed in such depth and with such clarity. Also your carnivore videos have been super enlightening. I’ve scratched my head for the last year and have consulted w so many experts as to why I feel like a total dishrag on a carnivore diet and why my hair texture and nails have gone to crap and why I can’t build a lick of muscle even tho I resistance train consistently 4 days a week lifting heavy weights to almost failure. Bottom line-I’m completely malnourished!!!! 😫😫 But the great news is I found you and your videos! I feel like a whole new world of knowledge is opening up to me and it’s very exciting and giving me hope!! Thank you very, very much!
  • I'm suprised he didn't mention SIBO as a result of poor bile flow (and bloating and constipation as result of SIBO). Bile is supposed to be antibacterial so lack of bile can lead to bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine.

Thank you! I happened upon your channel due to looking at The Nutrition Detectives videos about toxic bile. Never knew it was a thing and so my journey down another rabbit hole begins! Thank you. Going to try the course, I have lifetime slow transit and constipation.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. As i lay on my heating pad to relieve right-sided pain, your videos have given me hope and resolve. I have learned so much about my digestive system and will respect and care for it soooo much more mindfully moving forward. Bless you and your work.

Thank you for all the content and the work you do. I feel like I might have a problem with my bile/reflux/digestion/toilet blast off lol. I have cleaned up my diet and have used a little apple cider vinegar here and there. I noticed since I cut grains I seem to be digesting my food better but its a long road ahead. I hope my stools get more organized and stop sticking. Whats crazy is a few weeks back I ate a pretty bad one day, monster energy drink, ,stayed up late playing music (musician) and had taco bell at 1 am. The next morning I had a perfectly shaped stool clean sweep and all. It seems like the more fiber and less fat I eat the worse it is 🤔

This is what I have been looking for years. I got my gallbladder removed in 2020 because turns out it was pretty much dead and had been for a while. I have been dealing with acne ever since I started having digestive problems but I had no idea there was a link. I have been on a very strict diet for years now thinking that my acne was being caused by allergies or sensitivities. I am going to try digestive supplements and hopefully I can enjoy eating out again

Sir, writing to you from beautiful Montréal ! Thank you for making those informative presentations. To answer your first question, I heard about bile flow recently from my ... osteopath. Sadly, osteopathy, which has been miraculous for me several times since 1998, is totally unknown in the U.S..
