    Hey Anika, I just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for your awesome video. Your breakdown of the lifecycle is really detailed, organized, and totally practical. I'm curious to learn more about how you handle documentation, especially for the research part. You mentioned using research docs, slides, etc. It would be great if you could share any templates, formats, or platforms you use to keep track of findings from user interactions and focus groups. Also, how do you keep all this info updated? One of the hurdles I face in the work I do is that a ton of knowledge is scattered among different individuals, and it's not always easy to pass it on to newcomers. Any tips you have would be much appreciated. Thanks!
