  • I had no idea that the actual channel crossing only takes 20 minutes. Lovely informative video that focused on the essentials.
  • Unbelievable and the USA can't build a High-Speed Rail between San Francisco and Los Angeles above ground

Train travel in europe is amazing! I went all the way from UK to Finland by train and it was an amazing trip :) Great video
  • nice video. I am reading the comments below, it's astonishing how many people doesn't know there is a tunnel between UK and france PS: thank for the likes :-)
  • When I lived in Europe I loved traveling by train and regularly did so, like every other week ...so when I first moved here from Europe I was so excited to do the same here .....my American fiancé roared with laughter. Now I know why . S a d !
  • I've taken a train from Berlin to Salzburg and it was amazing how relaxed, smooth and orderly it was! I also took a train once from San Fransisco to Seattle. It was embarassing!
  • Thank you sir! I’m traveling with my family for the first time to London and then to Paris.. you have helped me so much already with your videos. I watch them repeatedly lol 😆
  • Wish the USA had these kinds of trains it would make traveling a lot easier
  • Please come back to India they haven’t figured out how to build a train since you guys left

Did this trip a few years ago. People in the US have no idea how far behind we are in almost every aspect of life. We spend our money on the military, they spend it on their citizens.
  • Did this last week. Both outbound and return were brilliant! Was very impressed with the food served in standard premier also. Would definately use again.
  • I feel so stupid. My girlfriend and me actually went from Paris to London by bus. It took forever. We had to wait like 2 hours to get into the shuttle train. And it took another 30 Minutes until all of the busses entered the train. The whole trip took 8 hours. I would have happily paid three times as much if I'd have known about it... xD
  • I'm from the USA🇺🇸✋🏻Beautiful, I never traveled by Train before. You Guy's Are Hooked Up, I mean Speed Trains♥️
  • @kristy77a
I've viewed this three or four times. Always a pleasure. Here's to you and yours safely getting out and about by rail again soon!
  • I took my family on this train recently. I recorded part of the trip with my camera phone. The video looking out the window looked like it was on fast forward. Saint Pancras station is impressive. I believe it's the largest brick building in Europe. By the the taxi had taken us to our hotel I had fallen in love with Paris.
  • Mark, you are a star ! I can't thank you enough for your amazing website and videos. I have struggled with a fear of flying for many years and I reluctantly go to Austria on a plane every winter. I have just found your website and realise how easy it is to get to Austria by train from the U.K. I've shown my husband your website and next year we are going to Austria by train ! Yay ! No planes ! 👏 Thank you 😂
  • Living in Austria but from UK. I use to fly to the UK but it got boring so tried driving, same. Then I saw your film from Vienna to London. That's for me. Also while I'm in the UK I want to visit my home town of Edinburgh again after watching your film London to Edinburgh. So now thanks to you I shall be travelling to locations in Europe by train... Thanks 😎
