    Hmm, I dont feel the spinning the stick in your hand is the best reallife combat way to do this. Just hold the stick at horizontal in both hands and go left and right in swift succession would be much more secure and effective without the risk of dropping the stick or of getting it caught by the opponents.

    Acho q deveriam treinar apenas vomo forma de qi gong externo ou pra melhorar o condicionamento físico, pq isso aí não funciona. Fora da realidade essas aplicações.

    Ser sincero treino no shaolin Kung fu, mas não vejo eficácia em algumas aplicações tanto de armas quanto de não. Melhor treinar uma defesa pessoal mais objetiva, pra cumprimentar a técnicas
