What's your honest opinion on Sander Berge as a signing if Manchester United were to spend £20m on him? Think it is a complete mistake or do you think it could work out?

Regardless of the player, the fact we are sticking to our guns and not letting a club pull our pants down on price is a positive.

Berge was the 3rd best midfielder with accurate pass completed last season and he keeps possession of the ball that Casemiro cannot do ❤Sign him

Berge, Amrabat, De ligt &Mazraoui would be good additions to the squad
  • We don't need top players anymore we need potential players who can integrate into the system of the coach

It is to be noted that City bought Ake in the summer he got relegated with Bournemouth. Now look at where he is. Sander Berge is quality and a great purchase for our squad building.

Sometimes these signings are the best . That's what we have brought this team in for this exact type of signing

Very impressive stats for a player in a team that finished bottom of the PL

We need more under the radar players and squad players. Someone like malacia type of signings. It's a shame he got injured but hopefully he'll play this season. Great video Sam

Berge and Amrabat could be the bodies we need in midfield until next summer

3 months ago, hardly any MU fan heard about Ugarte, just as most know nothing about Berge.
  • I've never trusted our recruitment team more than I do right now, this is what they said they would be doing when they started, and I'd love to see Sander Berge come in, last season he gave our midfield a Battering at OT profile fits
  • Sander Berge is vastly underrated imo. He's nowhere near as bad as many people think. With our finances limited this sumner spending 20m on Berge wouldn't be a bad bit of business especially considering he's proven in the Prem. His playing style reminds me of a combination between Carrick & Matic

As Burnley fan all I can say if he is used properly he will improve the team and his powerful dribbles in the middle will amaze you. He will fit in to United like a pair of glove

A player who has prem league experience✅ Team minded player ✅ cheap squad player ✅ Is it the splashy signing no, but we need squad depth and consistency in play, which Berge fits.
  • @ChifuFred
I think he made a mistake moving to Sheffield United then Burnley but he was quality back in Belgium with Genk

I say bring! This is one of those low-risk signings with the potential of very high reward. The kind that is also consistent with the ethos of the direction we want to take as a club. This will also enable Kobbie to play a little further up the pitch linking with Bruno and creating more chances for our forwards.

If Bayern can hire a manager that got relegated with Burnley, then I guess United can buy a player that got relegated with Burnley.

Been a follower of Berge but never expected that United will go for him. He’ll be a good signing if we get him.
  • Sander Berge is a very good player.Tackles, duel, Skill and Passes
