Depending on what Meteorologist say about the weather IF it was a Micro Burst they can have winds of up to 168mph in a radius of 2 miles but only last a few seconds to a few minutes in duration. I don't believe it was a water spout because that yacht should be able to withstand 67mph max wind speeds of a water spout for 20 minutes.
