We bought Guilty Gear for the album, we just got a free game out of it.

Honestly the best way for me to learn this game was just getting my ass kicked by friends or rando's. It's adept or die and i chose adept when i started. I picked goldlewis for my first ever main character and after much trial and error i can now actually do combo's and it feels so rewarding. This was my first ever fighting game so it took a while to get where i am now (hardstuck floor 8 😂😂). What i recommend for new players is just don't sweat it. You will improve by slamming your head against a wall until you break the wall. Or just pick up my second main man leo and go monkey mode

I feel your pain with different characters. I really really wanna play El in Strive because she's incredibly gender but I just cannot escape using Axl. I just locked in super hard knowing how to play him early on in what my friends call "the most headass gameplay they've ever seen".

the skill floor and ceiling in celestial is just huge, from pro players to randoms that get in because their friend let them in but they really are floor ten skill level. I really hope arc sys adds some sort of in game MMR (i know rating update exists but in game would be better) or new floors.

Good job on your accomplishment. Like everything it takes time and practice keep it up (and work on your audio mixing try having separate audios for your voice and the background music otherwise great job on the video). Its amazing seeing people give Guilty Gear another shot after dropping it!!

Welcome to the Guilty Gear fandom, it's a fun series. I've played like all of em' from GG1 through X2 X Accent Core Plus/Plus R, Xrd Rev1/Rev2 and Strive. Great games with banger soundtracks. I hope they bring back Order Sol someday!

The way I learnt to play is first busting my fingers to 632146, dps and charge inputs. And then I tried characters. Alot. But when I discovered that Bridget's gameplay is really smooth, my skill gradually improved, and now I am almost at 100 hours with a pretty decent skill. The key to get skill is to find the correct character imo

I got to floor 7 with around 60 hours (admittedly a lot of those where from me sitting in training mode listening to the soundtrack ) And just recently decided to learn hitbox which tbh probably stunted how fast I'll progress but as a plus i get to reinforce how conscious i am of my actions in game which brings me to my point of what makes fighting games fun is the learning process so you are ass that's ok everyone else has probably been just as bad if not worse for probably longer focus improving and having fun and i promise you as long as you don't get distracted you will get better

good video but one thing is bugging me, why is it that your teeth stay on eachother when your mouth is open like the front teeth are seperated but the teeth in the ripped out cheeck stay on eachother

I really starting taking this game seriously about january/feburary and i locked in with Happy Chaos, im at floor 8 right now. Thats kinda my plateau, im trying to break out of it right now, its hard but im determined to hit celestial.

I got into the music of guilty gear and now I want to buy the game(same deal as my ultrakill experience). I also am somewhat an artist so I am studying the art style too

Ive been a Testament main since XX and it made me so happy they finally brought "them" back! My only real complaint is it feels like they toned "them" down a lot. Least by not having the creepy trees and spider webs, but "they" are still very to play 😊. Now go out and... BULLSHIT BLAZING!!
