  • Suffering since 2 months.. recovering day by day... Last 3 days completely normal... What I followed is.. 1. Elimination gluten and Sugar 2. Gentle Yoga 3. Pranayam 4. 35 mins walk... Day by day I feel I am improving a little bit.. Dear IBS community, have you ever observed if we are in hurry or if we are supposed to complete any target in time may it be simple cooking or any simple task in time... Due to even simple worry our stomach contracts. And doesn't feel like relax stomach... We have to observe this very carefully,....I think this is the reason.. it starts feeling abnormal,.. For that meditation, stressfree no time bound commitment, slow and peaceful working style.. rhythmic pattern of breathing is very necessary to keep brain gut in sync.. I had this IBS 3 YEARS BACK resolved in 2 months then again 1 year back... Again resolved in 1 month and now since last 2 months... Resolving slowly .. since last 3 days....❤

Hey everyone, I have been living with IBS for 5 years and been to see many doctors and have a wide range of tests and diets. Right now it is under control for the most part largely due to a restrictive diet. However, the whole experience has lead me to look into food alternatives for people suffering with gut issues. I would love to know how it effects the wider community with regard to day to day life, my question is What are the biggest challenges/ pain points of individuals living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or similar gut issues? Personally for myself it is abdominal discomfort, eating out, drinking alcohol, dairy products, needing a toilet immediately with little notice, embarresment, working at my job while experiencing symptoms.
  • I had colonoscopy, blood tests, gluten tests, all negative. Been told got IBS. Years ago had H.Pyler. The IBS is getting worse and getting me down. I get severe pain ànd then diarhea and and sick at same time. Its getting more frequent now. Am in menopause and on lots of meds for various long term health issues and also have back pain etc. Am fed up. Its ruining what life I may have left. Also with a weak bladder on top. I hate my life now. I cant enjoy anything anymore. As know if eat something I like I will certainly pay for it 10 fold later
  • I had a liver transplant in 2019. and constipation ,abdominal pain, lack of sleep and weight gain I need assistance
