Stop gouging ballpark customers with $9-$17 beer prices, and all those illegal vendors will be out of business.

SF is going back to the Gold Rush day's...its the f*cking wild west!
  • @lzeng78
How about cracking down on robbery first?!!
  • @danesteffy3683
Should be reporting on the price gouging going on inside the park.

hey ABC7 news, why don't you make a big deal over any of the other stuff going on in SF. A little bit of booze outside a baseball game is no big deal; whatsover.

Instead, consider talking about the drugs, vehicle break-ins, homeless., feces on the street, fentanyl, etc.

Is Squirt a mixer with Tequila? I see Mexicans buying cases of it at the grocery store.
  • THEY HAVE NO LICENSE TO SELL BOOZE. THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND THEIR PRODUCTS CONFISCATED. AND HAVE A HIGHER FINE AND JAIL TIME.

LOL - “thumbing their nose at the law” - who in SF doesn’t - that’s the understatement of the year
  • @chowfun1976
Doesn’t SFPD have bigger fish to fry than bothering with sale of alcohol outside of Oracle Park, like releasing violent felons with 3 warrants and no cash bail, so they can reoffend again?
  • I was literally there, the cops walked right past the vendors and didn't care in the slightest lmao.

So what... Boo Hoo.. If you want a small dixie cup of warm piss for 20 dollars than you can buy yours in the park. This is a perfect example of how politics serves the rich and forces the working people into shitty wage slave jobs.

They’re just budding entrepreneurs and can’t afford a liquor license that runs into the tens of thousands.

let consumers make the choice, if john doe wants to buy a makeshift margarita, let john doe do it and take the risk
  • @tomuchcoffee100
You can jack retail stores all you want, but don't you dare sell booze outside an establishment that overcharges for booze.
  • @Neverender3367
That’s not all they’re selling. I’ve walked by tables several times that were selling weed and mushrooms.

A total disregard of law…….this vendor is looking at our politicians and saying, “Hey, they probably won’t do a damn thing if I do this”…..and they won’t.
